CNC Shearing
Our CNC shear is a 1/4″ thick x 10′ length capacity mechanical power shear. The front operated power back gauge is equipped with a programmable controller which provides the operator with the ability to shear material accurately and efficiently. Sheared parts will meet +/- 0.015 part tolerances.

CNC Punching
Our CNC punch has a punching accuracy of 0.003 inches and a turret speed of 30 R.P.M. It has a maximum hole diameter of 3.5 inches and a workable max sheet size of 50 x 196 inches. By using a combination of single hits and overlapping geometries, high volume parts can be produced in a much quicker time frame. Whenever large quantities of metal sheets are needed with repeated shapes, CNC punching is much more efficient than using a laser.

CNC Laser Cutting
Our CNC carbon dioxide laser system has a maximum material thickness of 3/4” mild steel, 3/8” stainless steel, and 5/16” aluminum. The LC 3015 has a maximum axis position speed of 4,724 IPM and positioning repeat ability of +/- 0.0002”.

CNC Bending
Our CNC press brake has up to 8 axis forming capabilities for complex parts and reduced handling and is highly accurate and repeatable for tight tolerance parts. We have a maximum allowable tonnage of 138 tons and a maximum bend length of 120 degrees.
