We are proud of our fair labor practices and is committed to providing equal opportunity in all aspects of employment. We do not engage in or tolerate unlawful workplace conduct, including discrimination, intimidation or harassment.
We do not tolerate human rights abuses, human trafficking and/or slavery, and will not engage or be complicit in any activity that solicits or encourages human rights abuse.
We are committed to creating positive social change in our community and strive to be more intentional with our giving strategy to focus on community giving. Leading Edge Manufacturing partners with local charities that serve the needs of children, teens, men, and women in need right here in our neighborhood.
We believe that all of our employees are inherently hard-wired to work for something bigger than ourselves and to be in relationship with each other. In addition to Leading Edge’s financial contributions to the community, our employees also participate in volunteer activities throughout the year, from collecting diapers for those who cannot afford them, to providing bicycles for local kids in foster care, we provide a variety of opportunities to give to those in need.
Republic of Congo (DRC) and surrounding countries. These minerals, known as “Conflict Minerals” include the ores which are refined into tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold. Our team came together for a family day and community outreach. With the help of our clients, vendors, family, and friends we were able to purchase and build 80 bicycles to be donated to Foster the Love Louisiana. Through this great organization, the bicycles will be distributed to local Acadiana kids in the foster care system.
As a company, we have always strived to have service at the forefront of our values. Not only do we strive to serve our clients, but our community as well. When trying to decide what specific way we could help give back to our community this summer, we decided that doing something to put a smile on some very deserving kids faces would be a great investment.
Right now, there are currently 4,550 kids in the foster care system in Louisiana alone. If you or your family are interested in getting involved in making a difference in these kids lives, go to https://fosterthelovela.org/volunteer/ to sign up.
To everyone who helped make this event possible, we extend our sincerest thank you for your support!
